Rigorous training in crisis intervention, Background checks, safe management, and health protocols ensures that our team is prepared to support our clients' diverse needs. The Specialized Support Workers at Milan Care Services play a crucial role in developing person-centered plans. They work closely with families and other team members to tailor services that meet the precise goals and needs of our clients. Additionally, our team provides essential non-medical home care to seniors, helping them enjoy a quality life in the comfort of their own homes. Our Behavior Support Workers specialize in managing challenging behaviors with empathy and expertise. They are proficient in creating detailed individual plans and possess excellent interpersonal skills, which are vital for effective communication and implementation of these plans.
